The next phase of the redevelopment of the former Beamish & Crawford Brewery site is set to begin, the coming phase will include student accommodation, as well as offices.
The former brewery site is to be divided in three zones, Zone A which is located at the Northern area of the site has seen construction beginning several months ago with the creation of 67 student apartments in four blocks with ground retail as well as a cafe premises to be included.
Zone B is due to start this coming week.
