Pfizer To Combine With Mylan For Off-Patent Products
Pharmaceutical giant Pfizer is set to purchase Mylan in an all stock deal to combine it with its own off-patent brands and generics.

The Pfizer business, called Upjohn, makes Lipitor, Celebrex and Viagra
