Pharma company Renata to opens Irish based subsidiary

Renata Limited, former Pfizer subsidiary has decided to continue to move export operations to Ireland to allow continue exports to the European Market.

Following a meeting with the organisations board of directors, approval for a Renata Ireland Limited founding came at the company’s board of directors meeting on Wednesday according to disclosure made by the Dhaka Stock Exchange which posted it on its site on Wednesday.
Following the decision Renata’s share price rose by 1.4%, the decision comes in response to the continued uncertainty of Brexit.

The decision will allow the organisation to continue to export to all EU countries and preventing increased regulatory requirements which would have been necessary had the organisation chosen to remain exporting it’s products from within the United Kingdom.
