The Science Foundation Ireland (SFI), to add 350 jobs in its second phase

The AMBER Centre, which is the centre for Advanced Materials & BioEngineering Research Ireland.

It’s second phase will see it the creation of 350 jobs in R&D with government funding of €44 million. This funding is to occur over a 6 year period with an additional €77 million through cash & in-kind contributions towards the group.

The AMBER Centre runs research into materials in sectors such as ICT, MedTech, and regenerative medicines.
