We cover all Engineering, HR, Finance, IT and Administration levels from Top Senior Directors to Fresh Graduates and Executive level. Our brief also includes recruiting high caliber local talent for their Saudi business – to date over 25% of our placements have been Saudi nationals. s part of our service we provided a detailed salary market review of just under 100 positions to AECOM to ensure their packages were in line with market rates. ‘Candidate Mapping’ was successful to identify top executive candidates. Our Resourcers conduct extensive searches using a combination of tools, including our database, LinkedIn, job portals and through our referral program.

Propel Consult has been appointed to provide 'Rent a Recruiter' services for junior to senior level and C- level positions. We currently cover 17 sectors in Neom. And we have successfully placed candidates in hundreds of positions like: Project Directors, Development & Senior Development Managers, Banking & Finance Directors, HR Managers. As Neom is one of the largest projects in the region our candidate attraction strategy was to find the best caliber candidates with relevant experience for the projects with Neom. As Neom is a very fast paced environment, we have to send CVs within 2 – 3 working days. We were able to deliver by strategically looking for candidates both within the region and outside the region as well.

Propel Consult had provided Rent A Recruiter Solution for SSH Design in GCC for 5 months. We cover Junior – Senior roles, including Executive level positions such as Project Director, Design Manager, Commercial Manager and MEP Design Engineers. Our brief also includes recruiting high caliber local talent for their whole GCC . We have allocated our experienced Recruitment Manager to look after this account. We acted as an extension to clients inhouse recruitment team and enhanced their candidates reach out and helped line managers to tap into passive candidates’ market in GCC. We provided Project Plan based on the criteria provided by SSH. The project plan covered the basic recruitment requirements with timeline for each hire.

Propel Consult has been appointed to provide exclusive recruitment services for Parsons. We have filled Senior roles like PMO Director Technical Director Master Planning Manager The client’s internal recruiters were trying to fill these roles for more than a year but couldn’t identify candidates with the right skill sets due to limited number of industrial master planning projects/candidates in the region. Thanks to the large number of urban planning candidates in our database we were able to generate enough referrals to identify suitable candidates.

Propel Consult had provided Rent a Recruiter service to Aspentech in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. We have been working with them for 9 months for various roles ranging from Chemical Engineers to Sales Managers. There was no resource from the Talent Acquisition team for the MENA region which impacted hiring, and MENA was one of their growing regions which started creating positions due to the growth they saw in the region. As there was a flow of requirements, and the region didn’t have a recruitment team in the region there was a backlog of roles dated from the previous year, which had to be closed immediately. And in addition to that, Saudi saw an influx of position due to various new clients that was signed and the primary focus was to hire Saudi Nationals for various roles in Saudi. We were able to close the positions within the timeline provided, the contract was extended based on the inflow of new reqs for the region. Referral program worked its magic with this customer and helped us close the positions.
